as the title says, anyone interested in it?

Not even our Thayan Knights want it.

I like it in my build, personally. If I was building purely for Power it would work better had I only taken 4 levels instead of 5 (this would allow 1 more level of BlackGuard for Divine Shield). However, free lightning reflexes, a bonus feat at 3, an epic bonus feat at 4 (assuming you save 4th level for epics), +1 to all saving throws is pretty solid for 5 levels. Throw in flavor of skill focus and epic skill focus intimidate and guarding the lord and it's a decent PRC. It has great synergy with Warrior of Darkness (both require Iron Will) and leads to getting 3 epic bonus feats (WoD 9, 10 and TK 4). Not bad for a Warrior build... I think my TK is currently level 24 and all saves are over 20 with Fortitude and Will closer to 30 if I recall (haven't checked in a while). Pretty strong for a warrior in my opinion.

The flavor is great. Has good RP aspects and mechanically in PvE content can do the job for which it is prescribed. PvP it is horrendous. When facing PC players having to defend your wizard it will end badly for the knight every time.

I want to say the Thayans I have run into have been great. Good Rp-A bit snobby but they are supposed to be that way. Adds great flavour and dimension to the game. We need more evil factions and we need to encourage more mature conflict RP.

I would be happy to role a Thayan Knight but I already have a knight alt.

Maybe it's the wine, but I just wanted to say, 'good job' to the Thayans.

Ye. I rolled a red wiz and I have either to hire bodyguards or bring a thayan knight with me to baldurs gate.

Do female knights exist? Have a shelved character idea involving an evil female knight.

Females are not excluded.

FYI for anyone considering the Thayan Knight class. Currently in the guild there is an opening for the Knight Commander as well. I have no interest in it with my THayan knight.

Fun class, fun roleplay, hard to find mutual gaming hours (and not roleplaying somebody else when the possibility arise).
