Is this S/FM/PM/AS build still viable?

Hello! I'm rather new to the server and understand it runs a lot of custom content, obviously. I found
this build which looks perfect for what I'm wanting to do. However, it's over two years old, and Valefort made it while the Armor of Frost feat was considered an enchantment I believe and therefor stacked with the PM's Bone Skin. Upon reading the wiki page for
Frost Mage though it mentions that Armor of Frost doesn't stack with other Natural AC bonuses now. So my question is whether this is true, and if so if this build is stick viable to play.

Frostmage bonus AC does not stack with Natural Armor bonus gained from an amulet or spell such as Spiderskin. Only the higher will apply.
The Pale Master 'Natural Armor' bonus, however, should stack with everything else. At least as far as I know this has not been changed on this server. Pale Master has often been used to get something like +6 points of AC for arcane builds, PvP or PvE, full-plate or not.
Thus, the build you linked should be fine.

If the build doesn't work out, remember that it is 100% RCR until early September.
Experiment while you can.
