Hello everyone,
I was working on a rouge character and he finally hit level 15. I was tallying up what I could be and it came down to Divine Seeker (maybe) and Master of Disguise (maybe). My rouge is already Rouge(5), Assassin(8), Guild Thief(1).
Looking over the Master of Disguise's abilities and thought they were pretty lack luster. Especially the Disguise Self spell-like ability. Slippery Mind seemed to be the only useful ability in the whole class, second being Second Impressions.
Has anyone messed around with the class enough to enjoy it?

Works well enough if you characters intend to be disguised.
Good synergy for a feinter rogue, less useful for a skill starved HIPSer.
Slippery mind being a nice perk, but 1 SA dice for 4 levels is weak and taking the 5th level looses you 1 BAB for the gain of 1 SA dice and an otherwise unsupported magic.
Nondetection etc really should be vital on a build using magical ways to disguise.
I had loads of fun with rogue, assassin, guild thief and whirling dervish once upon a time.
As always what builds are desired boils down to what character concept you are after.

I thought it had a 2 Sneak attack dice in the class. If the last ability (Disguise self) was something different like... polymorph into other races to expertly disguise as something else, that would be amazing. A long time ago I suggested a "Master of Many Faces" prc where you could do that.
I got it from an old server I played on called something like "Elements of Aasiar".
