New Here, Quick Question

I played NWN2 for a LONG time, but haven't in years now. I purchased it from GOG, entered my CD keys as they said, used the direct connect to download content. I logged in and made a character, but when I tried to log in, it said "You've been Booted." Am I missing things the autodownloader didn't give me?

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

I think you have to ask GoG for an invidual key set. The generic one won't let you login usually.

Use the app supplied with your GOG NWN2 installation called 'Serial Tool'. If it doesn't input your CD keys automatically, get them from your GOG account and put them in that way.

If you're still having trouble, send a PM to "Global Admin" and Barney will fix you up. 8-)

Admin need to verify your CD keys, that's Maecius and Endelyon. Send a PM to the Global Admin group as Tsidkenu stated.

It's possible you're trying to play on an account name that someone else already owns.

If you are a returning player and owned the account name before, PM me the details.

Otherwise, maybe try a different account name? Unfortunately, the NWN2 servers have been down for years and they no longer tell you if you plug in a username that someone else is already using.

Thank you all for the replies. I was able to connect to a different PW, so I think the CD Key isn't the issue (or would it be still?). I'll try what you've suggested later tonight. :D

Everything looks good on my end. Shoot me a PM with the exact error message you're seeing.

For anyone reading this, all I had to do was close the program and then run it again. Kind of like fixing a router.
