Expose weakness - When to use

Have a question regarding this feat.

Is it worth taking on a sneak build with Dex mod of 10?

When is the best time to use it, as your first attack from stealth or at the end of your first sneak attack flurry?

Can it stack with itself, for instance if you apply it on the 2nd round of combat and again on the fourth will it tick twice on the 5th round?

Whats the optimal time for a non sneak to use it such as a tanky warrior build?

Always on the first as it stacks up to 5 times.

In what way are you thinking of changing it? I have been using it for a couple of days and it seems that while it hits on general mobs it doesn't seem to do much since those mobs tend to die quickly. On bosses I can see the benefit but it tends to miss due constantly due to my AB.
Sometimes it bugs out and i get a message saying " you cannot use this feat for another 476 seconds etc"
