Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I find that I am unable to go into beregost and Land of the undead, among other areas. I go through the transition, and then I can't move unless I click on an object. I am unable to walk, or interact with anyone.

Do you have Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete or just Neverwinter 2 ?
You need Neverwinter Nights 2 and both addons Mask of the Betrayer & Storm of Zehir for this PW to work.

I am running NWN2 - Complete, and I have the client extension installed. I still find that when I go to Beregoist , or Could Peak Foothills, and others, it looks as thought I am either running in please, or a foot of the ground. Either way, I am not able to travel in these areas. But, the monsters are able to attack and hit me just fine.

Have you recently updated your graphics card drivers? If not, you may want to. If so, you may want to try rolling them back. I'm not sure what might be causing this issue, but it sounds graphics card related.

You can also adjust your in-game graphics settings, maybe?

I have tried all the suggestions listed, and nothing seems to work. Is there anything else that might help me? otherwise I am limited to certain areas of the game only.

Do you play in windowed mode? Because sometimes I have to first click on the client extension to make it the currently selected window, and then click at the actual game window in order for the game to re-acknowledge my mouse and keyboard.

Also sometimes I fumble over the keyboard and Exploration camera mode gets switched to Character, which does not really listen mouse clicks. I do not know what key you use to switch camera mode, but you can change the binding through options.

Your pathing is not working because you've managed to not acquire the right terrain data.

May I ask to where I get the correct terrain? I thought i downloaded all of the updates/hak files/data files. Are there more to download ? And if so, where might i get them?

You need to redownload things? Delete hak files, and connect to the server again.

Don't touch the haks but delete the TRX files in the C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\modules\Baldurs Gate TSCC folder
