Level 12 Barbarian no longer suffers fatigue

My level 12 barbarian no longer suffers fatigue after raging! This has been the case over several server resets. I haven't been playing in a while so I'm not sure when this began precisely.
I couldn't see anything in the update notes or custom changes about Tireless Rage being granted early, so I'm reporting it.

had a similar experience with mine. wasn't sure if it had to do with a ward i had running. needed testing to see though.

I have an affect pop-up called "Contingent Heal" that I haven't seen before. I assumed it was part of a mechanic added in recent updates.

taht sounds like the effect for standard rage. i have WW rager and i too have not had fatigue from rage expiring every time.

Well what am I supposed to do with all my lesser restoration potions now??
