Whats wrong with this build?

This build shows a bonus feat at level 25 but upon taking level 25 only 1 feat was given, Can anyone point out why?

You took 16 rogue in a different order than in the builder. Rogue gets a special ability at 16 but you can waste it on a normal feat if you choose. If you didnt take rogue 16 at level 25 you would only get 1 feat instead of 2.

I followed the build exactly as I created it. Any other reason that this could happen?

You are bugged or you miscounted your current level. It's impossible to not get a epic feat at level 25.

If it is a bug what is the best thing to do? RCR or can a DM fix?

RCRs are free, and since it isn't a wizard, totally free.
