Evasion/Improved Evasion with Armor Optimization

Would it be balanced to enable Evasion in medium/heavy armor if the player has Greater Armor Optimization and Improved Evasion if the player has Epic Armor Optimization? This requires an additional 2-3 feats, which should help to balance out the benefits.

This is a pretty good suggestion, one that's made it's rounds before.

Its not a bad idea. There is no medium armor optimization (so mithril full-plate would be excluded), and it would require a 2 feat and 1 epic feat investment. Maybe also require "lightning reflexes" to activate it in heavy armor?

We just made the evasion change with the central point being that evasion should not work on medium/heavy armors. At the very least we should wait before doing something that will basically revert the change in a way
