Saw this on my lunch break and thought I'd share. As they say in the article, a perfect gift for Halloween?

Now be honest, when you saw that thread title, how many of you thought that maybe Maecius had finally gone off the deep end?

I thought someone from the team tried to usurp the server keys.

... and to be frank, that happened on another server I sort of RP at. Server admin became detached, a common admin tried to copy the whole source code and rehost the exact same server on a different machine. Shitstorm erupted.

I own the original game and the expansion to Betrayal at House on the Hill. My friends and I love it. Though the haunts tend to be one-sided. This looks pretty fun too and I might have to pick it up when it comes out.

A familiar sounding story.

Flasmix reads about the card game. "Hm, mildly interesting. I wonder who made i-" He comes to the 'guest developer' list at the bottom and immediately closes the page. "Nevermind."

" Depression Quest designer and Crash Override Network co-founder Zoë Quinn; Feminist Frequency’s Anita Sarkeesian "

Two people I'd rather not give any money or attention to. They don't need more attention. Anita I am surprised even did this, considering how often she shits all over video games she's (Very obviously.) never even played on her vlogs.

LOL. Completely ignorant to all this till you posted. Commentary: Politics and marketing. Both nono's here for nearly a decade.
