A quick question hopefully answered by master mages or QC. assuming Archmage spellpower 3 taken

1.(17) lvl mage + Archmage(10) + (3)lvl fighter. will result in 27 CL or 30 CL?

2.17 lvl mage + Archmage(10) + (3)lvl fighter + practiced spellcaster. will result in 27 CL or 30 CL or 31 CL or 33 CL?

And I would like to add that in the second scenario, if you increase the level of fighter by one (to 4) and decrease the number of wizard levels by one (to 16), you would still get the same caster level of 33, and +1 BAB, +1 Fortitude Save, +6 Hitpoints, and that extra Fighter Bonus feat.
