Turn Undead doesn't seem to use empower turning hit dice

Taron has 18 levels in turn undead classes (9 cleric, 9 silverstar), 20 charisma (buffed from 16) and the empower turning feat. Here's the example:

Image

We can deduce from the numbers that the result of 51 hit dice is valid with a roll of 11:

( 18 [levels] + 5 [Ch] + 2d6 [roll:11] ) * 1.5 [empowered] = 51 hit dice

So that part looks ok, however if the result were not empowered, it would have been

18 + 5 + 11 = 34

As you can see in the example above only three 9 hit dice undead were affected and the fourth was left unscathed due to hit dice.

So Taron was able to turn 27 hit dice of undead, but not 36 hit dice. This is consistent with an unempowered turn attempt, leading me to believe that the script, although reporting empowered hit dice in the log, is actually using the unempowered number when applying the turn effect.

alternatively; 9 + 5 + 11 x1.5 = 30.5

if the silverstar PrC is not actually counting towards the turning, ive played a 20 cleric 10 ML with ML being one of the original full turning progression classes and know empowered turning worked just fine

but yes mathematically you do seem to be missing one or the other

Actually the message "Maximum Hit Dice of creatures affected" was faulty, empower was applied another time and wrongly on top of it. Note : Empower is only applied on the 2d6 roll.
