Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

So I found this build earlier and it seems to be well done. I'm not a builder and generally just go with ones I find or get recommended to me. However, with this one, I would really prefer to play an Elf. Doesn't matter what kind, so long as it's not a Wood Elf. What can I change in the build to make that doable? Thanks for any help!

Moon elf. Just remember you'll have to drop a feat.

I see. Thank you. Looking at the feats, I presume that losing one of the Skill Focus would be best for this.

If it were me I'd drop weapon focus since you have plenty of AB to land strikes out of hips. That said depending on how much gold you eventually acquire epic gear makes skill focus hide/ move silently unnecessary in pve. many players take it because the more stealth you have the more players you'll be able to sneak around.

I'll be pretty heavily invested into RP with this character, so maybe being able to sneak around more players would be best for me. Dropping Weapon Focus (Dagger) would presumably open up other options for weapons wouldn't it?

Yes, and it would be made up for by the DEX bonus Moon Elf gets (if you tolerate the mali that come with it).
