Missing Spell Slot: Energy Immunity

I noticed when I logged in after the reset that I did not have access to Energy Immunity anymore. When I checked my PCs spell book he only has 5 Level 6 spells, instead of 6 Level 6 spells.
I know there was some issue awhile back with Energy Immunity, and I recall at level up that there were 2 options with the same name "Energy Immunity" to pick from when selecting spells.
I wanted to see if I could get some help with his missing spell? Is this something I need to have a DM fix? I tried to get help from a DM online a bit ago, but never got a resolution. So, I wasn't sure if there was something special I needed to do?
