Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Not sure if this is just me or not, but I thought that the large downloads recently were to upgrade things, and then once they were done, there would be only smaller updates, in the 100 or so meg size.

Am I redownloading the same content, or are there still large downloads in the pipe?

Game either way, just want to make sure i'm not bein' delusional.

Just was curious if we're still doing multiple gig downloads? Logged in today to see a gig download. Was wonderin' if it was new bells and whistles, or if I was redownloading something I'd already done.

Unfortunately, you're redownloading the updated hak. Whenever we add hairs and heads and stuff, you have to redownload the whole hak at present. Even if it's just for a handful of new cosmetics. But we are working, as AoS says, on a couple of different ways to avoid these big downloads moving into the future.

We'll also be slowing down the updates from once every week or so to once every two weeks, I believe.

Nah, no worries Maecius. I just wtanted to make sure something wasn't borked on MY end. I recently downloaded and installed the GoG version, then copied my Disk install of NWN 2 into it, then changed the CD keys to my disks, so that I had all of the expansions including the one the disks didn't offer. Wanted to make sure something wasn't haywire.

Yep, scheduling for Tuesday-Wednesday windows, every two weeks.
