Char Vault empty?

So, I got my video card replaced finally and back to my PC, sadly after connecting my vault is empty.
Using the same cdkeys, username etc, all as before.
If I log from my laptop, char is there, if I log from my PC, it isn't, Help? :X

And lag. Leave the 'empty' screen alone and go make yourself a coffee & latkes and then come back.

See if your GFX card has an option to disable hardware acceleration.

Has nothing to do with it. It happens on a freak occurrence when the game is communicating with the server I think. Had it happen to me a few times. Just need to restart the game or relog and it's dealt with.

I cannot see any of my characters in the vault unless I disable hardware acceleration.
