Extremely slow server update download speed

Is the server update download bandwidth somehow being 'rationed'?
The auto-updater used to clock between 700KB/sec to 1000KB/sec for me, but for the past few days, it's been 5KB/sec or less.
Needless to say, the bigger files don't get downloaded at all and the auto-updater auto-terminates the process after a few failed attempts.

I am not up on all the speed of things AoS, but the speed of the server just doesn't seem.... like 250 Mbps.
I downloaded music files on dial up faster. Maybe something else is throttling the server bandwidth that might not even be realized?

Operating as it should. It's not going to open up the full pipe to connecting users.

Just tried auto-updating again today and it's the same 5kb/sec... Any idea what's wrong?
No other issues whatsoever with my broadband connection.

Probably this is a stupid question, but doesn't the game update automatically when you log in? I thought it would and have been impatiently waiting for the latest update (with Harper classes, Dragon Disciple, etc.). Is there something I should do to download the latest update? Again apologies for my question, but this thread seems bewildering to me...

You can't play on the server unless you have the latest server update, so don't worry. That update just hasn't happened yet.

I've had the same experience and can't find explanation for it, in the past. Sometimes DL is good speed, other times, locked to 3-5kb/s.
Best answer was to find someone that successfully downloaded all the files, and get them to upload to google drive.
Google drive, allowed full download speed super quick.

Finally managed to break the 3-week long inexplicable curse of the 5KB/sec autodownloads today by having a friend transfer his haks and module files to me on a big fat USB stick.
