Can't connect

After the last restart I am having issues with logging in. The loading goes three time slower and stops here (picrelated)
UPD: I finally connected, but it took about 30 minutes instead of 20 seconds.

Aaaaand today it happens again, 20 minutes elapsed - still can't connect (it started after crash)

Maybe try turning off the game client and restarting from desktop? I'm not sure why this sometimes happens, but that's helped me in the past when I'm stuck on loading the module.

Same here. I used the link above several times. I keep trying to log in for 30 mins now.
Either i get a timeout message. Or i get stuck in the load screen. Or i acn log in but i have the chat bug.
No matter what it isn't playable.
Starting computer and router doesn't help. What can be done?

It could have been connection issues on our side or yours. Are you still having trouble connecting?
I can involve a few others to take a look at this if so.
