Song of Celerity bug

So song of celerity has a bug where if you use it when using a spell with metamagic it doesn't apply the metamagic properly. For example if you cast a maximized issiacs lesser missile storm the spell does not maximize the missiles it casts it as normal. The bug also applies to empower and extend as well.
