If it isn't already included (the description iG doesn't mention it) could it be added to the list of spells triggering Storm Bolt?

It triggers it, and it is mentioned in the spell description !

EDIT : oh thought about storm of vengeance .. nvm me, adding :D

there others spells that well do it Prismatic Spray and Rainbow beam it is for the wizard can you add those Valefort

Those are not fully electric spells, you're better off picking another reserve feat on wizards.
