What's the most efficient build for rushing a 1-10 RCR?

Fighter 10, Crossbow Sniper.

Just don't play an elf or else you might be mistaken for a surface drow!

Any class with high BAB (except swashbuckler perhaps, he is weak until he hits 5).

Dude I know... I have a level 2 Swashbuckler and its brutal with that measly 1d6 damage.

What type of armor should this build use?

The 20 DEX starting would indicate at level 1 you should be using Studded Leather (3 AC with max +5 from DEX)... By level 8 with 22 DEX the optimized armor would be Mithral Chain Shirt (4 AC + 6 from DEX), but seeing as you would not likely have mithral armor by level 10 you would likely just use whatever the best Leather Armor you could find (2 + 6 from DEX).
