Shield Bash stopped working

Shield Bash stopped working
For a while it worked like a charm. But then it just stopped working after a bear knocked my character down, I think. There is no AB reduction, not extra attack, regardless of whether I toggle it on and off. Will try again after server reset.

It should work again after the server resets. There is a bug right now that can make shield bash stop working completely. It is fixed but is not live yet.
