Harper Agent and bards

First of all, my apologies if this was already discussed. I'm a returning player, a bit out of the loop, and I couldn't help but notice the recent Harper classes added to the server. They seem really awesome!

Harper Scout is a great choice for rangers and paladins.
Harper Mage seems like a fair choice for sorcerers and wizards.
Harper Priest... wow, it's an awesome pick for clerics and favored souls.

But when it comes to Agent, which seems like more or less the proper choice for a bard, it looks a bit unbalanced - and I get it, playing a Harper is way more about RP than power, but not only Agent doesn't add anything significant in terms of game mechanics, it also does this:

Three levels in it grant 5 turns of +2 on saves. Five levels of Agent unlock what would be a Harper Priest's minor blessing, and (unless the glitch was corrected) Perform isn't even a possibility. Like Harper Scout, it also doesn't come with Spot.

Granted, bards already have a plethora of optimal possibilities in the server, but as one of the most common class choices for a Harper according to cannon lore, I suppose it could be at least bard-friendly.
One might even argue Harper Mage is also open to bards, but (and correct me if I'm wrong) other than Extend Spell, it only makes a them worse: fewer skills, lower AB, reduced HD.

All too true, the new PRCs were taken from pnp and we tried to stick to it closely, which resulted in nothing for bard. Maybe I'll rework the old Harper Agent to be more bard friendly, with specific songs, but that's won't happen in the near future.
