Archmage SLA CL

hi there,
if an Archmage with CL 32 cast SLA bigby 9,
-will the bigby be considered as lvl 17 mage CL17 casting DC
-or lvl 30 CL30 casting DC
-or lvl 30 CL32 casting DC

As a Sorcerer, I would pick Bigby's Crushing Hand as one of the spell like abilities. It is a PvP spell, with somewhat limited use outside of it. Now, I do not know if you still cast it 'quickened' due to it being a spell like ability, but even then it does allow you some extra liberty with picking your ninth level spells. No need to pick a PvP based spell. I am not sure if the spell has been changed from OOC. So more questions for someone else answer...
