This mod does a great job of making low-light and dark-vision a lot brighter. It also gets rid of the blue hue.
I pretty much have been needing this since I remade my UD character. My Laptop screen just wasn't bright enough on max settings.

Thanks Paul! I brought this to the attention of the Dev's as well, just a few days ago. I am notorious for having the worse eyesight in the UD and emoting *casts drow dancing lights* every time I use the light spell is tedious and annoys some of the players. I would LOVE to have the darkvision changed to a white light instead of the grey version it is now.

Hi PI,
Welcome aboard and thank you for posting the link. I am having one minor problem however. The page linked to does not load.
Is there another site for this mod?

So are we saying this mod is BG allowed? Cause I hate the current darkvision the way it is. I have a bright enough screen but would like to turn my gamma down for TRUE NIGHT settings and such and since the items with darkvision now all work too.....

Can we put this into the override folder and it works on our end? Or does it have to be included into the mod?
Ah ok it is explained on the page where you download it from. It goes into the override folder.
Great addition to the UD and night settings. Thanks.

Just tried without, with "darkvision\fx_low_light_vision.sef" and then with"darkvision\fx_dark_vision.sef" in the override folder,
didn't see any difference at all.

(And yeah, restarted the game between each try.)
Got it to work now. Had to put all 3 files in a subfolder.

Your override folder in your MyDocuments, not the games Atari/Root folder, buddy.

Does it work without being serverside?

Yes, it is very bright for me. But it might just the thing you need, Lisa.

Holy (do-me) I can SEE!! Faaaaaantastic!!
One small drawback is you don't have the darkvision circle anymore to tell if you're in speaking / hearing range of people.

I rearranged the room with the router, moved it back, and now it loads for me. (Plugged the Ethernet cord back in).
Yes I know that has nothing to do with anything, but thought I would mention it for pure ol double posting fun. Yay and thank you.
