Weird Graphics Problem

I've been wondering for the last 3 months now...I got this weird graphics problem see attached link below:

I've tried different fixes, updated all my hardware, changed the settings on the graphics, and somehow it didn't work. I found a temporary fix, alt-tabbing kinda fixes the graphics for about 1 minute and it goes weird again. It was happening when I was playing the original campaign so I'm sure it's not the server. I was able to play skyrim on this rig at medium resolution without a hassle, so I'm sure it's not my video card....maybe. Anyone got any pointers to check out?

That is very unusual. I'd suspect it does have something to do with your graphics card though.

Have you tried updating the drivers on your video card yet?

I've fixed it. It seems there was some sort of a setting that the game can choose between video cards, and its using the integrated one on my processor...long story short, it's just messing with the settings.
