So what should I do now... ?

I've just acquired Epic Rage on my Barbarian, and tried to find some picture about Epic Rage... And I have no idea what creature is, but somehow it does resemble my face at this very moment, so it will have to do...
So, at the end of August I RCRed a character and replaced it with another character with less starting experience and now I have re-acquired Epic Rage... And I am at loss at what to do... So what should I do now? Maybe sleep, I did do quest runs for two or three characters, leveled up 3 times today, took part in some DM event, and...
Uh...
So tired, the voices are telling me to kill you.

Nah, roll up a new toon and take it to 20 by eod...The challenge will keep you awake and your inner monologue can have discussions with the voices. I'm sure it'll be fine.

Yeah, sleep was for kings. On the bright side, now that I've met my goal... I guess I can just go back to using a random character to help whoever is looking for a group.
