Battlerager Ability Bonuses/Penalties

I noticed a curious thing when unequipping my Battlerager today. It seems he gets +2 to Dexterity and Constitution somehow. When I look at the character sheet, it is shaded in green as if some enchantment is on, but I had no items whatsoever and had also just rested. Also, penalty to Charisma is -2. Is there something I'm missing?
