Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I don't think the practiced spellcaster feat is working for Druids / Stormlord combination.
Currently lvl5 Druid, 4 Fighter, 6 Stormlord.
CL = 5(druid) + 3 (stormlord) + 4 PSplCst = 12.
HD = 15

Only have access to 4th tier spells.
Spell progression table says should have access to 6th tier.

Is my math's incorrect or understanding of the build mechanics wrong?

Anyone know of a fix?

PSC only increases your CL. It does not increase your spell progression.

well that completely screws that build.
