Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Hey I noticed some of the UD Merchants have fantastic potions and scrolls for a cheap price. Potions of Heroism for 90gp, and a bunch of scrolls for 1gp, making it far easier to survive at lower levels.

Is it possible to have a merchant that carries these sort of items in the starter zones, on the surface as well?

Thayan Enclave has some great POTs for sale. Combined with what is in the Wizzy store right nearby in BG there is plenty for low level PCs to use quickly. The Heroism Pots at the Enclave are around 100GP a piece as well.

I think you may have come across the LUCKY FIND in the UpD? That place has some decent to great items for low level PCs ALL the time. It is your best junker shop of random low level goodies ever and Valefort put that in. I believe at the time I said it would be USELESS....Heh shows what I know......

I imagine those options are available because of S'shamath being a city of magic. It's also much more difficult being a lower level in the Underdark than it is the surface.

You know what, the Thayan Enclave would make sense. I never checked there on my surface toons.
