Advice needed for a couple of builds

I've been toying around with some new builds and would like some feedback

Build A: 5 Swash/10bladesinger/5 wizard/10 Eldritch knight.
Stack int and get combat insight.

Big + is I can pick improved familiar for RP purpose and the build seems decent all around.

Build B: 5 Thaumaturge/10 bladesinger/10 eldritch knight/5 wizard

Build suffers from low attack bonus ((buffed 40)) though packs a punch with summons and spells. It also leaves no wiggle room for feats.

Build C: 10 PM 5 Thaumaturge either 15 wizard or 12 wizard and 3 shadow dancer.
Build that solely relies on summons with a bit of a cowardly PC.

Which one of the 3 would work on this server?
I never managed to get beyond level 23 or so.

Last question would be if there are any fun dragon disciple builds out there aside from.
Bard/Black guard/ Dragon disciple and Paladin/sorc/dragon disciple

All 3 builds will work, bladesinger builds tend to bloom late though.

For Dragon Disciple how about Sorc/asoc/dragon disciple/archmage ? Just blast stuff :)

I play the SB/W/BS/EK sometimes, he's currently level 23 (W5/SB5/BS10/EK3) and I agree with Valefort that he didn't really 'bloom' until this level. Started out going W5/SB1, then EK3, then BladeSinger 1-9, at level 18 I took two more levels of SB to meet 3b20, so didn't get BS10 until level 21, finally at 23 I got SB Insightful Strike. So definitely was a long time where I had to cast spells, then equip armor and hope that either a) I would not need to cast spells while in battle, b) I would be able to escape from battle if things got to dangerous or c) I wouldn't fail the spell failure check if I had to cast a spell to escape. However, now I do enjoy the mechanics a great deal, as I have throughout the leveling of the PC. Really any 'gish' for me doesn't become a gish until mid levels no matter what, and this one was still a strong melee combatant once reaching ~10 or so.

Main thing to remember for BladeSinger (or at least to consider) is they make a really good candidate for a low Caster Level Gish. One of my buddies actually plays around with a concept I sent him which is SB5/W8/BS10/Duelist 7. Doesn't get 9th level spells, but nearly full BAB (26) for 6 APR, 7 with haste. 7th level spells and CL18 (with Practiced Spell Caster). The idea is to equip like any Duelist build while utilizing spells that aren't overly dependent on Caster Level to add damage to weapon or situational buffs.

Low level caster builds are in general fun, also looking into a cleric/sneaker.
The blaster builds defiantly seems fun though not sure what to make out of dragon disciple with it's stat boots and claw damage.

How good are gate/epic gate upholding at high level?
Idea would be Gate+Planer cohort and vampire for other pla

You could try a Rogue 3/Cleric 7/Darkfire Disciple 10/Hierophant 10. It doesn't have HiPS, but you can make use of summons to get use out of your sneak attack dice by flanking things. You can also go for a high Wisdom, and just walk to people under stealth mode to drop that 300 damage Harm spell on them. (Got to love that Blast Infidel, etc.) With Hierophant Spell Power feats you should be able to reach caster level 32. (+1 spell DCs.)
