Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I have had zero changes to my game files, PC, etc and now I seem to be experiencing an issue when trying to start up the game. Skywing opens up, no issues, but the game itself just is blank, and unclickable (whirling blue circle where the mouse pointer is).

Closed it, restarted the program, shut it down in task manager, restarted PC, etc. All the usual suspects.

Any clues, suggestions, etc?

Maybe firewall or something has blocked access?

Also, try to boot it without the CE to test.

Nothing changed on my PC.

Tried, but it just runs on steam, just hanging out.

This has happened once before, but it corrected itself.

I verified integrity, now my client extension isn't working LMAO

Ok... so I ran the game in steam once... it worked.

Then ran CE and now everything seems to be fine.

Odd, because like I said, no changed to the PC... like in the last 6 months.
