Any thoughts on this gnome 15 Bard, 10 EK, 5 SB? Going for high ab combat insight damage

Why not go INT all the way?
Keep STR at 10
Dex at 16
Raise int to max. Combat insight and Insightful strike for 2 times int damage.
You lose more with EK. Bard progresses the courage inspiration so you lose AB and damage from that. That is on top of song and hymn of requiem.
If i were to make an INT Bard i would choose between Bard25/SB5, Bard26/rogue4 or Bard22/rogue3/SB5. CE and shield combined with a rapier. Maybe Deadly defense if you can fit that in.

You dont need 15 starting CHA. 13 is enough. There are some very nice +3CHA items with stats for bards.

Bard22/dread pirate3/sb5 gets the same as bard 26 in inspire courage.
Bard15/sb5/dread pirate10 gets more than bard30 in inspire courage.
Valefort's old split for Mealir was bard8/sb5/dread pirate10/duelist7, if I recall correctly. That gets the same inspire courage as bard 26. Though not the same spells.

As for the build: I would feel inclined to drop the Chorus of Heroism... and perhaps get a Great Intelligence feat instead. Bard's have Fox's Cunning for +4 intelligence in their spell list. It would be better to end at even intelligence. Then Improved Critical (Shortsword) is a wasted feat because you can just buy 'wands of keen' from the basement of Blushing Mermaid. You can spend that feat for Deadly Defense. At level 18, get Lingering Song, as it gives your songs extra 5 rounds of duration. Other than that, it should work out.
