Assassin spells not available?

I have a character that has 3 levels in Assassin, will be taking more. 14 effective intelligence. However, the Assassin spells are not available for preparation and memorization. Am I missing something? Are the spells off a different attribute? Is there a higher minimum required even though there's only 4 levels of assassin spells?

check your feats. You need to drag the assassin spell levels to your hot bar.

Assassins don't get legit spell casting(much to my sadness mind you) and they might in the future. But as for now they use Feats that have X uses based on Int. Same as Blackguards spells. The only real benefit to that is they are no subject to Arcane Spell casting since they are more like a daily item use.

Your spells for Assassin are based off of base intelligence and not effective intelligence. If you have a 10 natural intelligence, you won’t be able to cast any Assassin spell.
