Aspect of Sorrow how about remove many of those interior that is not been use or do i feel something odd in this olace?

Place a gold-sink store of some kind there and you solve the problem. Cant think of anything else that would attract people more then that.

there is V'rass there so many chest on that areas so you have a chance to find gold

It's a fantastic little village that probably only needs a merchant just like Gullykin. And an outdoor beer garden Booze vendor. Brilliant camp village, fishing river nearby.
Fantastic getaway camping opportunity.

well it's has a Bulletin boards that make it worthy RP any of those city village i wish we could have more around (Baldur's gate Nashkel, Beregost, Greenest and Soubar)

Agreed. Thus, would like to see more there. So one can sell things and then linger to RP and such.
