This is probably pretty lame of me but... The power of Creation and Destruction (The Power of Matter Paradox, to manipulate matter into and out of existence at a whim, a power which defies the laws of the universe).
Its a power limited only by my own creativity and ingenuity, though to be fair its not one I'd use much, and my first creations would be extremely lame and self centered. diamonds, metric tons of Ivory (to flood the market with and destroy the poaching economy, regardless of whatever drawbacks it may entail.), Painite/Skystone/other ultra rare stones, californium, etc. These would serve as a means of amassing funds for myself and testing the limits of my capabilities; if I had any.
From there I have no idea what I would create; though I figure it'd be something beneficial to the human race, or a work of art. I wouldn't use the Destruction side of the coin often, and likely only under heavy consideration and ways which benefit the world, or defeat an antagonistic force.
I guess the reason I'd want this power is to influence change and growth to the human race.

On first pass I think I'd wish for the next 500M USD plus lottery to be for a ticket which I am the sole holder of.
However, upon further review, based on past history of my family as well as other families of friends that have dealt with various losses I think I would wish for everyone in my family and my wifes family to live long, healthy, and happy lives. While it would be great to remove the major worry we all have (money) I have a feeling no matter how much you have you likely still worry about it. Meanwhile, my biggest fear is that something happens to me and leaves my wife without a husband and my son without his father. Perhaps selfish wishes either way, but in either case the primary motivation is to take care of that which is most important to me, my family.
