Soubar - a flyer (buying agility belt +1)

A flyer is posted on soubar's message board. It is written in horrible handwriting. It says:

"Will buy ...... agility belt! First tier."

The flyer is burned at one of the sides. Occasionally a masked figure is seen checking the flyer.

It looks like there was another item listed on the flyer at some point, but it has been since scratched out.
