You see a crudely-scrawled note hammered into the bulletin board at Soubar, yet curiously it is written in duplicate: one in poor common, and one in Lantanese. It reads:

"Oi, listen up ya gitz, I'm searchin' for da final piece uv da puzzle fer me latest creation. Lookin' fer a roight smash-y crump-stick wot 'elpz da blowz slide off ya while keepin' ya in da foight. Leave a note wiv Mag."

A small, mousy man in a voluminous grey robe approaches the bulletin board. His long black hair is slicked back, and he sports an eye patch.

After reading the new message, the fellow makes his way to the Winding Way, presumably to leave a note with Mag.

"I'm also lookin fer da flashy robez dat let me cast more spells, an' a ring dat makez me fingaz less clumzy an' tougha."

A reply is left with Mag:

"Dat'z a roight great 'alberd ya got der but I 'ent got nuffink ta trade ya fer it. Dat'z a great bit o' kit ya got der, 'do."
