Introducing New Head Builder: LISA100595

Please congratulate LISA100595 on her promotion to Head Builder!
LISA100595 has been one of the server's longest-running and most loyal area developers, and continues to play an active role in improving the server's area maps.
We are promoting her to Head Builder in recognition of her service to this community, and also in preparation for recruiting new area builders. Those of you who have read the server's strategic development plan are probably aware that even though we have largely reached the limit of our ability to freely and casually introduce "new maps," we still have a lot of projects in the works that will require the expertise and support of people with toolset experience (or a willingness to learn the toolset). Part of Lisa's position will be helping to recruit and mentor new builders in line with our server goals.
