Bear warrior sharp claws

In the class description on the server there is mention of a sharp claws feat that adds an additional 1d4 slashing damage to unarmed attacked on levels 2, 6 and 9. There is no mention of it on the wiki and it was never implement.
Having playing a bear warrior now up to level 16 I feel the class is in a weird place. Playing a bear warrior makes you want to invest into an unarmed playstyle to utilize the rage form. However unarmed damage out of form is becoming pitiful enticing me to look at using a weapon instead. But if I invest into using a weapon epic rage seems simply better after the buffs to it. Yes the bear form has a lot more survivability but with ice troll berserker it is not vastly different.
Unarmed damage for a typical out of form bear warrior is limited to:
1d4 (base)+ 4 (EB) + 4 (fighter feats) +1d4 (FotF) + 3 (PA) + STR mod = 16 +str mod
There is few ways to grow unarmed damage above that.
I would suggest implementing sharp claws as an out of form only feat increasing unarmed damaged by 1d4 on level 3 and 2d4 (total) on level 8. This would be on average 5 damage on out of form unarmed attack and would make the unarmed playstyle viable for a bear warrior.
