BG city tour

Just done my round with a friendly little guide and enjoyed it. Well done 
Would be nice, if doing the full tour would grant some (onetime) XP.
minor issues:
- Farmer Thorn is introduced as Thod.
- The new lore-thing triggers right before the guide talks about the elfsong inn.
- the guide walks straight through a building at the palace district
