A LA DEUX!
. . . Hello there!
This is a character idea I have for the server and would like to get a proper build in place prior to creating her in game. As I mentioned in my other post I just made (sorry for hitting you guys twice with this!!) This is my first time back to the server in give or take 6-7 years. I decided to tackle new character ideas, and get my feet wet whilst understanding the insane amount of custom content that has developed while I was gone . . . which is awesome!
In this particular case, I would like to develop a Halruaan Wizardess who has just arrived to Baldur's Gate. A member of a very very upper class family, the Jvianin's, who build skyships, she was cast aside for her slow speed in picking up the Arcane - not to a lack of intelligence, but because they pushed her in the wrong direction.
Before I continue, a few things on Halruaans,
1) At this point they completely shun Sorcerers - to the point that she would not have received the education I want her to have. With this in mind, Sorc is a no-go. Wizard it must be.
2) From what I've read, even Halruaans that develop outside of Halruaa tend to become pretty damn powerful and skillful in their execution of magic. I wouldn't mind seeing Arcane scholar in their somewhere (hint hint) to reflect this. I know that Thautermage (spelling) is probably going to be the focus here.

Goals of the character
1) Become acceptable in the Arcane - acceptable to her is 7th to 9th circle, so basically advance. She has an interest in summoning, hence why I want that to be the focus.
2) Pursue Knowledge - she is keen on learning all she can and is a total bookworm - I want her intelligence and certain Lores to skyrocket.
3) High Society - She wants to once again in the future engage with higher society, of what she is accustomed. In this regard, I am hoping to build some CHA and skills associated with it, to aide her (and have spells in her spellbook too!)
---
I hope this information is enough to get the creative juices working! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
