orc chieften in sharptooth caves needs a random spawn timer

the orc chieften spawns too fast. last night i went in the cave and someone was sitting there, with a campfire, farming it for loot. they closed the door, then shadowed away when they saw me, (so as not to give away who they were by logging out). Its not technically an exploit, but id say its close.

I dont think it is necssary to have it spawn every 3 or 5 minutes or whatever it is now. It is part of a quest, but why make the quest predictable?

Id say randomize the spawn time, from 3 minutes to 15 minutes, and maybe make him wandering the caves, like the batiri chieftan does in cloakwood 3. That way its a little less predictable, both for fun, and to stop somebody from farming him for loot.
