i actually avoid using electricity enhanced weapons because the sound is so annoying. All the other sound effects are pretty cool, but lightning weapons make such a horrible noise. How about something that sounds more like lightning? just a nice crack, and ,aybe a softer cackling of electricity afterwards.

Turn off IG sound. BLAST favorite power metal group. Preferably Dragon Force, Tyr and possibly some POwer Wolf......

Track down offending sound. Replace it with another sound using override folder.

Sounds are stored in Sounds.zip archive within installation folder. They have wav extensions but are actually in a bmu format.

cool, so it wont cause mp issues. if so, ill find an awesome thundercrack, and enjoy lightning damage.

(how do you play without sound? I often use it for clues.

Please no. I specifically picked electricity for Elemental Archer because of the fact that it is both the loudest and most annoying sounding one.

Does anyone have an overide for it ?

run zero game sound. it interferes with the movie i am watching and/or phone calls. i really doubt im missing anything.

You can take the regular hit sounds or something and rename them to that and put them in your override folder and they should be gone.

Idk what you're talking about, I put my speakers at full blast and cast all sorts of lightning. The blood running down my ears is a sign of love!
