Lesser Swordsman belt

Item value is set to negative for all of the belts of this type. They are valued at -3999
also, i heard whitebone armor doesnt work. i have tested it, and seen no signs it does work. any reson why? was it nerfed, or is it technical?
(curious about the belts as well)
