Just backing on another thread or two, where the issue of :
"Can't tell what has been dispelled or breached"
We currently have one option available, and that's the Dispell/Remove Spell option from ourselves by Right Clicking, selecting the function, and checking the list in the window that pops up.
Could we potentially get a smaller version of this that we can have open all the time, but it's not so large that it takes up valuable window space?
Also the writing must be smaller too so we don't have to scroll so much through long lists of buffs.
A complaint that may arise from a smaller version of this: I accidentally keep clicking the wrong spell to dispell because the words are too small and the cursor too large, relatively.
Perhaps a smaller separate spell list window, that you can't use to dispell self spells from, may be the option, if possible?

I'd just be happy if the Spells Dismissed text would show up in the Chat window, instead of the Combat Log (which essentially means it flies by before you even get the slightest chance to read it).

This. I often find myself trying to scroll up mid combat to find what was lost. I've started on this a while back with a client addon that wrote the buff list to the active window.

Though I think there is an easy to accomplish version that can be made in the standard game / GUI.
