Str bard vs EDM bard

At the epic levels which one of these bard builds does the best in overall.
27 Bard 3 cleric EDM but with out evasion (wood elf)
30 Bard , just pump strength (Anything goes tbh)
27 bard 3 rogue for expose weakness (Wood elf/tiefling etc)
27 bard 3 cleric EDM+evasion
25 bard 5 Swash int build
26 bard 4 Anointed knight.
Also for strength bards, power attack vs north lander hewing
Last one are there +4 charisma items, like you can buy 4 dex/4 int.

Str bard 26/r4 is best overall.

With 4 rogue you'll need practiced spell caster, though with 27B -3R you can get away with out it, ,frees up another feat.
In the module EDM came on top though it doesn't have expose working at the moment.

5% is the difference of getting on workout it or needing it? I'd go practiced caster either way as bard isn't feat starved.
Not sure what module you're referring to, but in practice STR bard gets more hits. Though mine doesn't have power attack or Hewing... opting for steadfast instead. Sup does plenty of damage and milking a bit slower is ok for the extra benefits of not failing on a 1. In any case the difference between STR bard and edm bard is minute so perhaps just personally preference.
By the way rogue 4 is to get uncanny dodge. Also you cannot currently purchase +4 cha items.

Rogue4/Bard26 is the most powerful way to go.
Fighter4/Bard26 also works. All those extra feats are nice, but you don't get evasion and expose weakness.
Bard27/dread pirate3 is something a bit cooler, in my opinion. It gets one more inspire courage (so +7 ab and damage instead of +6) that helps both you and your party.

My opinion:
27 bard / 3 cleric ( EDM + water domain ) - Outdpses any other bard. High CHA also gives important spell slots.
23 bard / 4 fighter / 3 SD ( melee or ranged) - There is little as OP as HiPS used exclusively to dodge spells.

I never said otherwise did i? That b24/r3/f3 discussion is the build i play, in well aware it isn't the most powerful.
