*Word spreads of a Canary Diamond up for auction at the Friendly Arms Inn*

I have here a gem that is said to have extraordinaire powers. This gem commonly know as a Canary Diamond can be used to bind a creatures true name. I know little more then the rumors I have heard.

If you wish to own this rare gem, please write your name along with your bid at the bottom of this note.

A young dwarf, armored and adorned with many a talismanic amulet or other forms of mystic decoration, is seen observing the message for the sale of this canary diamond.

“Erhm...,” he is heard to grunt out.

With a small, wrapped piece of charcoal he leaves some Dethek-like characters upon the note:

“The voice of the mountain, Wyrmstone clan, offers ye 10,000 goldies in amount.”

Jand Auren, gem merchant, says nothing but "20,000" after looking at it for a few moments.

Lyuze - 25 Bags.

Jand gives an uninterested "30."

A tiefling woman with straight black hair and dark eyes glances at the poster. Turning away from the people gathered about, she opens a large gem bag. She shakes it a bit while cautiously looking inside. Turning back to the poster she withdraws a pen and stoppered ink. Quickly she marks on the parchment left and leaves quickly.

The pen marks an "X" through each entry above hers that reads, "Gale 50".

jand pulls out his pen, lets out a pensive hum, and puts it back in his pocket.

Humming to himself Kellrin wanders over and looks at the poster. With a quick nod and even quicker writing he leaves his bid underneath the others.

"Kellrin- 55 bags" though the writing is almost illegible and his attempt at underlining his own bid "all fancy-like" looked more like a wavy line that cuts through parts of his name and bid.

*Simond looks over the list of bids, then he circles Kellrin's bid of 55 bags and makes a note beside it. Anyone that wishes to bid on this fine gem, you have 2 days form now to bid. He then jots down the day and time and sighs his name.*


OOC: Starting the clock on the 48 hours to make a higher bid.

Gale walks back over after seeing the whistling man walk away. Watching him still, a snear or snicker passes by her elongated incisors as she withdraws her ink and pen again.
