Highest BAB shifter Druid

As a mental exercise, what is your suggestion for the highest BAB druid shifter? Would it be more advantageous to go 30 Druid for Dragon Shape, or Druid 20 / X 10 utilizing Hospitilar or Dragonslayer or something else?
Having had the chance to play around with Druid builds, I enjoy all aspects except the very low chance of landing a Hit, because of general low AB (even after all the Buffing). Maybe that IS the balance, then, for Druids, in that you can't kill them and they have ridiculous DCs, but the AB is low thus they can't just outright LOLZKILL everything in sight.
So taking that into account, does adding 10 levels of a high AB class make for a better shifter? Cheers.

Probably Ranger 12/Fighter 8/Shifter 10, for the very highest BAB whilst still retaining some good class features.

Pretty sure he means Druid Shifter 10.

Never done a druid myself. but i thought about rolling druid20/cavestalker10 . CS gives high Bab for +3 bab in relation to druid 30....

Druid 10 is enough to get Magic Beast Wild Shape, and so you can probably do something as fairly simple as fighter20/druid10. Fighter12/druid10/hospitaler8 will get you level 7 spells, but of course also only 18 CL. That should get you quite high on the AB though, if you're not too concerned about being dispelled. Fighter8/druid12/hospitaler10 is peraps more agreeable, with a CL of 22, but that's still quite low.
Fighter4, with its unarmed mastery feat is a good thing to perhaps get in somewhere either way.
Personally I did quite fine with pure druid for melee. Just make sure to buff up appropriately. Never had any real issue hitting at least standard mobs.
Just don't try to do it with ICE on. Not like you need it anyways.

These are low CL builds. Is that really viable? I guess if all you take the Druid for is Wildshape then you might not be bothered, but it seems rather pointless - maybe you should go Bear Warrior if all you want is to be a fearsome bear!

Yes, I have Cavestalker with my Svirf Druid. But is there an equal to Cavestalker for the Surface?
Druid wild shapes are good, but they become great with Buffs. So for me CL is important. I really can’t get myself to go below CL 25.
So maybe Druid 10 / Dragonslayer 10 / Hierophamt 6 / Fighter 4...though impossible because of 3b20.
Druid 10 / Dragonslayer 10 / Hospitaler 6 / Fighter 4 would give lvl 9 spells but 23 CL with PsC.
Anyway, it has been my experience that a shifted Druid never dies, but takes 3x as long to kill mobs, as any other Build I’ve played. With no “clickees” available when shifted, it does get a little boring. Luxury issues!!!
I like the idea a Bear Warrior, but...just being a bear is too one dimensional.

The highest BAB should be 27 if you choose to focus on magical beast or plant forms. 12druid/10cavestalker can handle it well. The caster level of Druid can be maximized to 30 if the rest 8 levels goes to Hospitaler or Dragonslayer (or both as 5/3)
But I don't see any advantage compare to d30 dragon. Higher BAB but lower str, your hit chance will not improve as you expected. Just win an 6th attack per round with lowest BAB. The biggest advantage is you'll get much smaller size which will much easier to be controlled.
Some other ideas is such like 10druid/14cleric/6Hierophant, let strength domain cleric to deal with this problem. Or such like 12druid/10cavestalker/8assasin, use HIPS to get more hit chance. But you can only use mode bar to hide, quick slot bar is disabled

The strength of the PC or STR modifier doesn't matter for the Druid—the shape changes the Ability, and Buffs modify THAT new amount. This is why BAB matters so much in the calculation, because though the NWN2 Wiki says BAB changes with the Shape, it actually doesn't, and retains the PC's BAB (plus a few select Feats).
Anyway, one option is to be a Surface race but choose Cavestalker anyway. Cave People RP! Woot woot!

Can someone give stats for Cavestalker polymorph? I cant test it in JEGS. I know it will have 32 STR 28 DEX 28 CON on Druid20/Cavestalker10 but what does it else? Creature DMG, Base AC, special abilities or feats? have to know if it can compete to a dragon shape.

So what Feats count? Epic Prowess and?
Also if you're a Dragon and there's a Bard in the party playing Legionnaire's, does the BAB increase to the highest in the group?
I'm also wondering if there are any Ranger possibilities here, do the TWF feats transfer at all to Wild Shapes?
