shouldn't need UMD to buy/own 4 ac epic boots with adds
perhaps add a few more for the different "archetypes". tank. offensive melee. mage. etc

Agreed. It's very limited selection when it comes to +4 dodge boots in what can be bought in stores. I find it may have been an oversight.

And all of my PC's can use the current ones, but it is an unfair advantage for me.
